• Affiliates must use only official Robotics X logos, banners, and promotional materials provided by the company.
• Ensure all communications reflect Robotics X’s values of security, transparency, and a “slow and steady” investment philosophy.

1.2 Prohibited Claims:

• Avoid misleading statements such as “get rich quick” promises.
• Do not imply guaranteed results or profits from using Robotics X software.
• Always disclose that past performance does not guarantee future results.

1.3 Tone and Language:

• Maintain a professional, approachable tone in all communications.
• Avoid using aggressive or overly promotional language that could harm the brand’s credibility.

2.1 Social Media Promotions:

• Affiliates may use platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter (or any such) to promote Robotics X.
• Include appropriate disclaimers: “As a Robotics X affiliate, I may earn commissions from qualifying sales.” where applicable.
• Engage with audiences in a genuine and respectful manner.

2.2 Email Campaigns:

• Ensure all email campaigns comply with local anti-spam laws (e.g., GDPR in the EU, CAN-SPAM in the US).
• Provide an opt-out option in every email.
• Use only subscriber lists obtained through legitimate means.

2.3 Paid Advertising:

• Affiliates must not bid on “Robotics X” or closely related keywords in search engine advertising.

• Any fraudulent activity will result in immediate termination of the affiliate agreement and any gains.

• Severe or repeated violations will result in immediate termination of the affiliate agreement, forfeiture of commissions, and potential legal action.

• Affiliates are encouraged to report any unethical practices observed within the program to Robotics X.

6.1 Marketing Package:

• Affiliates might have access to a downloadable package containing approved logos, banners, and sample social media posts.

6.2 Training and Assistance:

• Robotics X offers guidelines and live help groups to help affiliates succeed while adhering to the policy.

By participating in the Robotics X Affiliate Program, you agree to adhere to this Policy. Violation of these guidelines may result in penalties, including termination of your affiliate status.
